Our workplace philosophy has evolved from the principals of our founding company, The Chandler Chicco Agency. Yet, the environment at Biosector 2 is smaller and more nimble to reflect the needs of our clients, while at the same time giving employees an opportunity to help shape the direction of the company and culture. Our office without walls, and agency without titles, foster an atmosphere of intellectual curiosity and an energy and enthusiasm evident from the moment you walk through the front door.
Employees can, whatever their level of experience, fulfill their potential. The training program, in partnership with the Chandler Chicco Companies, is known as Phase IV Training and Development. The Phase IV program features a rotating schedule of workshops being offered virtually every week for approximately three hours, totaling roughly 12 hours of training each month. Training courses such as writing style, supervisory skills, team building, FDA and EMEA regulatory processes, facilitation skills, creativity, presentation skills, and time management are often shared between the offices.
In addition to Phase IV, we offer employees: "Programming Boot Camp," a two-day off-site immersion program that successfully hones programming skills and improves team work.
